Alumina ceramic (AI203) has excellent heat and chemical resistance. So, it is widely
used in most semiconductor processes. It mainly plays an auxiliary role, such as transporting
parts, where plasma is exposed at the bottom of the chamber or wafer, to the inside chamber.
