Silicon expendables used in the etching process are electrodes, rings, and more.
The electrode is a part which etches fine lines by evenly spraying plasma on the wafer surface
by passing gas in the etching process. The ring's role is to fix the electrode and wafer in
parallel by being attached to the top and bottom of the chamber. Its goal is to concentrate
the plasma to an accurate position.
